The Modern Patio

For this project, the client envisioned a modern and functional outdoor space with a clean, contemporary aesthetic. To achieve this, we installed large-format stone for the main patio, creating a sleek and refined look. Custom-designed window wells were integrated to serve as both functional drainage solutions and built-in seating. To enhance the space for entertaining, we incorporated a spacious layout, laid fresh sod for a lush green lawn, and installed elegant water features for added ambiance.

Additionally, we designed and constructed a properly sloped extended driveway leading into the backyard, providing ample space for vehicle and equipment storage. The front driveway was also expanded, seamlessly blending practicality with design.
